1. Seller and operator

• Seller and contracting party: Synchronicity B.V., Molenweg 17, 1251 LR Laren, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 70029016. E-mail: info@revolvepizzaoven.com.
• Store operator: This online store is operated by Northwest Sourcing Asia Limited, Hong Kong, on behalf of the seller.
• Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the seller, Synchronicity B.V.

2. Scope and conclusion of contract

• These Terms apply to all purchases made through eu.revolvepizzaoven.com by consumers resident in the European Union.
• A contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by e-mail after you have placed an order. Until that moment we may decline an order (e.g. in case of pricing errors, unavailable stock or suspected fraud).
• The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English. These Terms are also provided in German, French, Italian and Spanish for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal capacity in your EU member state of residence, to place an order.

3. Prices, taxes and shipping costs

• All prices shown on the website include VAT applicable to your delivery country and, where applicable, other legally required charges.
• Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order and are borne by you unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices and correct obvious pricing errors; the price applicable is the one shown at the moment you place your order.

4. Payment

• Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details.
• Payment confirmations and bank statements may show the seller's payment descriptor, which may differ from the store name.
• The contracting party for all purchases remains Synchronicity B.V.

5. Delivery and shipping

• Orders are shipped with BWS, DHL or FedEx, depending on destination and parcel size. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods to you or to a carrier, except where a consumer sale is concerned, in which case risk passes upon physical delivery to you.
• If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, you will be informed. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and refund any payments made without undue delay.

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Withdrawal period. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

How to exercise the right. You can withdraw:

• by e-mail to info@revolvepizzaoven.com, or
• by using the withdrawal form on our website eu.revolvepizzaoven.com. You do not need an account to use it. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium without undue delay.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

• Change of mind: you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide a prepaid return label in this case. You only need to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession; original packaging is not required.
• Faulty or non-conforming goods: where goods are returned because they are defective or not as described, we will provide a prepaid return label and bear the return costs.

7. Legal guarantee (conformity of goods)

• All goods carry the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. Any reference on our website to a "2-year warranty" refers to this legal guarantee, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• If a good is defective or does not match the description, we will, at your choice, repair or replace it, or (where repair or replacement is impossible, fails, or imposes disproportionate cost) reduce the price or refund it against return of the good.
• A defect appearing within one year of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proven otherwise.
• This legal guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.

8. Complaints and customer service

• You can contact our customer service at info@revolvepizzaoven.com with any questions or complaints about your order. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
• We will handle complaints in accordance with the consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is no longer in operation and is therefore not available.

9. Liability

• We are liable for damages in accordance with the mandatory statutory provisions of the law applicable to this contract. In particular, nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, intent, gross negligence, or under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.
• For losses caused by slight negligence, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, except where mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

• All content on this website (texts, images, logos, design, trademarks) is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it beyond the private, non-commercial use connected with a purchase, without our prior written consent.

11. Prohibited use

• You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the website's operation, use bots or automated tools to place orders, or misuse customer accounts.

12. Your account and reviews

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable licence to use, host, store and display that content on our website and in connection with our products. You confirm you hold the necessary rights to the content you submit. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

13. Third-party links

• Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

• These Terms and any contract concluded through this website are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence.
• Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of habitual residence, in accordance with the applicable EU rules on jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order. The current version is always available on this page.

16. Language

• These Terms are drafted in English and translated into German, French, Italian and Spanish for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between translations, the English version prevails.
