A good peel is perhaps your most important tool in pizza making. The peel helps you move pizza between your work surface and the oven and provides enough support but still a surface that the dough will not stick on easily. If you use an oven without a rotating function, you use the peel to turn the pizza while cooking to ensure even cooking. This peel is built from stainless steel and bamboo.
