Dessert pizzas are an amazing way to finish a pizza party. You can work out a way to turn your favourite dessert into a pizza. In this blog, we will look at a dark chocolate-banana dessert pizza.
What do you need?
Dark chocolate sauce/spread
Banana
Marshmallows (optional)
Walnuts (optional)
Honeywater
Fresh raspberries
Method:
Heat the Revolve pizza oven to low so the pizza stone reaches a temperature of 150°C (300°F) to 200°C (400°F)
Heat dark chocolate spread in the microwave or a water bath until the sauce becomes slightly runny
Chop the walnuts roughly
Spread a generous layer of chocolate on your pizza dough
Put the pizza in the oven and cook until the dough is cooked but the chocolate does not burn
Take the almost-finished pizza out of the oven and add the marshmallows, and put the pizza back in the oven for 10-20 seconds
Add fresh raspberries to the pizza and brush the crust with the honey water
Make a crumb with the walnuts on the crust of the pizza
